it is harvested earlier then the other vineyards in order to make a crisp wine defined by fresh acidity and lower alcohol

TP Trepat 2019 Valli Unite 5%Region: GolsGrape varieties: Trepat Alcohol: 12% Region: Bonastre, Catalonia Winemaker: Massimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa 100% Trepat, a beautiful red grape variety typical of the Conca de Barber region. The Trepat grapes are destemmed, macerated for 7 days, and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in 54 liter demijohns for one year, followed by aging in 300 liter French oak barrels for another year. TP is a bright red wine with notes of fine red fruits
